I have been working in China for a year representing Fords new plant which is owned by the Chinese government. The new Edge and Taurus there are 10,000$ more than built in the USA.
They have twice as many workers and with less automation, high reject and car repair rates, not to mention that their hourly rates have doubled in the last five years. From what I have seen there in a year, they are in serious trouble to compete globally in the future. China built the plant on a swamp two years ago. The building is already showing signs of cracking walls, leaking roofs and broken plumbing in the stinking bathrooms. It is a joke when a government communist official shows up at the plant. They solute them at the front gate and roll out the red carpet for them.

Now everyone with any brains has known for many years that the so called China record growth in the GDP sector has been a lie, and now all of a sudden it is big news that they must take control of the economic sector ? Come on now people are the same people we are locking our monies up with in the various brokerage houses in this country so damn dumb that they did not see this coming? We are in for a big surprise when this affects the American economic sector.

Ah - so this means they will have to dump more garbage products on us. These products will have to use cheaper materials (if that is at all possible). China's Big (state owned) companies just don't go bankrupt because they have the backing of the Chinese Communist government. While their companies are continuously loading more debts, their founders and CEOs get richer and richer. When the Chinese Communist government starts investigation, they just disappear all of sudden. This is how business as usual in China.

Easy solution if only the Chinese can be as heartless as greedy American CEO’s, like that female Republican president candidate, who fired HP workers and almost bankrupted that company just to get her multi-million dollar bonus!

The communists should take this “American model” and have some civilian take the fall for failing their own government owned bloated companies. They can also take heed in the same way as another Republican Mitt Romney did, move the company overseas and fire all local workers while giving himself a $75 million dollar bonus!
