The two important things about this launch. 1. The new rocket engine. It’s new and will be used to power the gigantic Long March 5 that will be on its first launch next year. It will be a huge booster for CHina’s space technology. 2. the capability to send 20 satellites on one launch. The more important is sending the satellites in different oribits. BTW, ISRO is still lagging behind CHina in big way.

India should take this VERY seriously. China is not now, never has been, and never will be a “friend” as long as that co**ist party is in power. India should NOT form any alliance with China and should NOT give any technology to them for anything, much less space or missiles. China makes promises to “forget the past” and “put territorial dispute on the back burner” hen it is in their interests. They said the same things to Japan, Vietnam, etc. We all the know results.
