The F-35 with a full internal combat load can go mach 1.2 for over 150+ miles! It's combat ceiling is 50,000 feet! Any pilot not wearing a pressure suit that flies higher than 50,000 feet is going to have problems.
And a SU-35 with a combat load and pylons will not go mach 1 without using its afterburners. Same goes for every 4th gen fighter.

It will steal/borrow some ideas from western jets, employ hype, and then sell to countries that are willing to buy.
