United Nations sanctions and a future mechanism for Iran to buy atomic technology are two core sticking points in talks on a possible nuclear deal on which Tehran and world powers have been struggling to overcome deep divisions in recent days, diplomats said on condition of anonymity.

Expert-level negotiations are expected to continue for several days.

The US government Is out of touch with reality. Off their meds. The should just make a unilateral treaty with Iran and have the Senate do their job and ratify it. Everybody in the world knows the US and our master Israel are the only two countries concerned about Iran.
Iran knows this to and could care less if the UN is involved. Doing this to circumvent Russia and/or Chinese vetoes is never going to happen and doesn’t have to. This is all about appearances for the US government.
