美国“重估”是否让中国参加军演：美网友沸腾了

The United States said it is "reassessing" China's participation in a large naval drill in the Pacific this year, amid tensions with Beijing over maritime claims.
华盛顿（美联社）——美国称正在“重估”今年中国参加太平洋军演的可行性，此时正值中美在海洋主权声明上存在争议。
China took part in RIMPAC -- the largest international naval exercises in the Pacific involving some 20 countries every two years under US leadership -- for the first time in 2014.
中国2014年首次参加环太平洋演习，这是太平洋最大的国际海上演习，涉及20个国家，两年一次，美国领导。
But soon after China's initial participation, aimed at reducing distrust, renewed incidents caused tensions to flare up anew.
中国2014年首次参加目的是为了减少互相之间的不信任，但是自那之后不断出现的新事件让紧张关系又再次升级。

"China is, however, self isolating" What does this mean? Does it mean that China does not want to participate therefore isolating itself? But China did not say so, so this excuse to exclude China is in fact USA wants to isolate China, I think it is logical to assume this! The actions taken by USA is obvious enough, it excludes China in the TPP, now RIMPAC, why is it? China is one of the countries in the Asia Pacific region, it is a huge country with the largest population of the world, why USA want to isolate it both business and military? The world can understand that Mr. Number one wants to be Number one forever, but you still can be Number one for being inclusive! China will no doubt moving up the ladder and depose USA as #1 in the world economy, but catching up and taking it over technologically will take more time and so is militarily. It is always logical that some one will replace your Number one in this never ending match, and trying to hold onto it as long as possible is also understood, the only thing concerns is the method of holding onto it, don't start a war to do it!

China is the enemy. It is as clear as day. People should try to limit their purchases of Chinese-made products. I say limit instead of stop, because I have tried to stop outright, and it is nearly impossible, and I don't want to be a hypocrite. But we should all be doing our best in this regard. Companies like Walmart, Target, pretty much all the big retailers should be faced with the choice of changing their suppliers or going out of business.
