印度应该承认南海是中国的势力范围，放弃向东看的战略，不要在南海说三道四，更不要和越南瞎参和。同样中国应该承认印度洋属于印度势力范围，才可建立互利互惠的关系。

绿色和平组织周六发布的一份分析称，每次雾霾袭来，德里与北京比也许能够占据上风，但是中国首都在解决空气污染方面打败德里。

　　德里2014年糟糕天气的总天数已经超过北京，为了在2030年之前满足安全空气质量标准，后者正在实施规定期限的行动计划，严格的短期应急预案也已经落实到位。

　　健康顾问参与，加上四级警报系统，根据污染水平关闭学校和工厂，减少公路上的汽车数量。而德里缺乏类似的计划。

　　Learn from them and make strict laws to curb the pollution in the capital and all over the country. The pollution causes too many health issues for the citizens and monetary loss as well. This is the need of the hour and hope the government will do everything in its power to lower the pollution.
