It is better to go to japan not china because already the relations between the two countries are not good and it is abetting pakistan on us in every action. At the same time we all know how chinese articles are inferior in every respect they manufacture in mass but not in quality. So it is better to go to japan or it is still better if we approach Germany (solid quality goods) to help us in in putting HSR on busy routes where demand is more

The Land acquisition problem was not in China as there is one party Government and most people have no personal land in communist system. The difference between China and India is that we take various dimensions in finalising projects where in China it is focussed irrespective of profitability, its impact on society. There is some benefit of autocratic Govt where as in our country we have Human rights lobby though mostly communist .
