中国在印尼举办高铁展,宣传该国高铁技术。为期一周的展会以“快速发展的中国高速铁路”为主题。中国高铁与日本新干线又在印尼“狭路相逢”了。印尼总统佐科·维多多原本希望印尼首条高铁项目可以在本月动工,但面对中日两国高铁在价格与技术方面的各自优势,印尼政府目前仍在犹豫,究竟引进哪国高铁。

1st, based on the safety record, Japan has a perfect safety record for HRS operation.
2nd, Japan has operated and mastered HSR technology much longer than China.
3rd, Japan in general have offered a better proposal, except the time constraint that really put a break for the deal.

No one will deny that China have achieved expertise in design, inovation and construction regarding HSR development. Hat off and salute to your country achievment. But, that said fact doesn’t make Japan technology is in any sense inferior.
To the contrary, Japan has achieved that capability a long tome ago, and in the process help to revolutionized the HSR technology.

无人否认中国取得了高铁设计、创新和施工的技术。向你们国家的成就致敬。

但是,这并不意味着日本技术更差。

相反,日本很早就具备了这一能力,且推动了高铁技术的革命。

Maybe now it’s your country’s turn, but any claim have to be tested and be proven by time. Regardless China achievement to build the longest HSR network in the world, it is still considered a recent development, time will tell and time will be the judge for the claim.

也许现在轮到你们国家了,但是任何声明需要得到时间的证明。不管中国已经建成了世界上最长的高铁网络,但是仍被视为最新的发展,需要时间来判断。

Like i already stated many times before, Japan proposal is far superior than China, from construction cost, to payment term. But one critical area will put brake on Japan HSR deal, Time. This is where China proposal shine, 3 years construction time indeed very interesting option that will change the battle equation.

Although i also have some doubt about this 3 years claim because in the previous project, China completed the Turkey HSR project in almost 10 years, marred with many delay and accident.
